Full-time Landscaping & Horticulture Technician

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Landscaping and Horticulture Technician to join our on-site team in Kota. The role focuses on creating and maintaining attractive outdoor spaces while ensuring plant health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, plant, and maintain lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas.
• Perform mowing, trimming, pruning, watering, fertilising and seasonal clean-up.
• Monitor plant health, identify pests or diseases and apply appropriate treatments.
• Operate, service and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely.
• Follow site-specific instructions and health‑safety guidelines to keep outdoor areas clean and safe.

Required profile

• Interest or experience in landscaping, gardening and basic horticultural practices.
• Physical ability to perform outdoor manual work, including lifting, bending and working in varied weather.
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively.
• Commitment to workplace safety and environmental guidelines.

Required skills

• Ability to operate and maintain common landscaping equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of plant care, watering, pruning, soil management and pest/disease identification.
