About the role
We are looking for a full-time Housekeeper to join our team in a nursing facility. Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, the successful candidate will ensure that resident areas are clean, safe and comfortable.
Key responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day housekeeping duties as assigned.
- Cross-train to provide backup support for the Laundry Department when needed.
- Carry out specific tasks according to daily work assignments.
- Maintain assigned work areas in a clean, safe, comfortable and attractive manner.
- Follow all current regulations governing nursing facilities.
- Develop a friendly, helpful rapport with residents.
- Protect the confidentiality and rights of all residents.
Required profile
- Full-time availability.
- Reports directly to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Ability to follow established procedures and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal attitude toward residents.
- Commitment to maintaining resident confidentiality.
