Full-Time CNA / Caregiver – Facility (Cottleville, MO)

About the role

We are seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or caregivers to provide full-time, 12-hour support in a facility setting in Cottleville, MO. The role involves delivering personal care, companionship, and assistance to seniors and homebound clients, ensuring they live safely and comfortably.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and change bed linens.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating.
• Provide medication reminders and track schedules.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in activities.
• Work across multiple clients during a floor shift in an independent‑living facility.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum one year of professional caregiving, CNA, or home‑care experience.
• Willingness to travel to Cottleville, MO and work two weekend shifts per month.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lb, stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, and climb stairs.
• Comfortable working in homes with pets or smokers and using safety equipment.
