Full Stack Web Developer (WordPress & PHP)

About the role

Progoez is seeking a proactive Full Stack Web Developer with strong WordPress and PHP expertise. You will work on a variety of CMS platforms, delivering high‑performing, scalable websites for clients across different industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain websites built on WordPress, Shopify, GoDaddy, Squarespace and other CMS platforms.
• Build and modify custom WordPress themes and plugins.
• Write clean, efficient code using PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Ensure website performance, security, and scalability.
• Debug issues promptly and provide timely fixes.
• Implement responsive designs and guarantee cross‑browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to meet project goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience developing and maintaining WordPress, Shopify, GoDaddy, Squarespace or similar platforms.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and MySQL.
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Experience customizing WordPress themes and plugins.
• Familiarity with Elementor and other page builders.
• Basic understanding of SEO‑friendly development practices.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
