Full-Stack Web Developer

About the role

Masotech eStaffing Private Limited is seeking a passionate and self‑driven Full‑Stack Web Developer to join its technology team in Dehradun. You will build modern web applications from scratch, own the full development lifecycle, and deliver high‑quality solutions both on the frontend and backend.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive, user‑friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) and frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.js, including secure JWT authentication.
• Create and maintain relational databases in MySQL or PostgreSQL, write optimized SQL queries, and ensure data integrity.
• Deploy applications on VPS or cloud environments, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize performance and security.
• Apply technical SEO best practices and improve page speed and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate with product and management teams for planning, estimation, and feature discussions.

• Strong communication skills to convey progress and flag challenges early.

Required skills

• Competitive salary of 25,000‑40,000 INR per month (in‑hand)
