Full-Stack TypeScript Engineer (Remote, Goa preferred)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Full‑Stack TypeScript Engineer to join our team and work closely with the founder on two core projects. The role is remote‑friendly, with a strong preference for candidates based in Goa or able to visit periodically, and requires overlap with Indian working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an LLM‑powered project‑management platform where chat serves as the primary input.
• Design and implement backend workflows, integrations (e.g., Google Sheets), and internal tools.
• Build usable user interfaces while focusing on backend and system logic.
• Collaborate on system boundaries, data flow, trade‑offs, and failure modes.
• Take features from vague ideas to shipped, production‑ready code.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and full‑stack web development.
• Comfortable working across frontend and backend codebases.
• Ability to deliver practical software under unclear or evolving requirements.
• Experience using LLMs as part of the engineering workflow.
• Clear thinking about systems, data flow, trade‑offs, and reliability.
