Full Stack Python Developer – Software Engineer II

About the role

Deloitte’s National Consulting Services is looking for a Software Engineer II to build enterprise‑grade applications that drive innovation across the firm’s technology ecosystem. You will work on both backend and frontend components, delivering secure, scalable solutions for a range of internal and client‑facing products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional features with React.js or Angular and TypeScript.
• Build, test, and document secure APIs and services.
• Implement automated testing, code‑quality checks, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with product, DevOps, and engineering teams and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in full‑stack or backend software engineering.
• Proven ability to deliver production‑grade APIs and frontend applications.
• Experience working in agile, cross‑functional teams.
