Full Stack Engineer (Remote/Hybrid)

About the role

Wisely Online Services Private Limited is seeking a proactive Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The role blends strong frontend and backend expertise with the ability to leverage AI‑assisted tools for faster, higher‑quality development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain full‑stack web applications.
• Build responsive, user‑friendly, performance‑optimized frontend interfaces.
• Design and implement backend APIs, services, databases, authentication systems, and business logic.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and services.
• Utilise AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) for coding, debugging, documentation, and test case generation.
• Translate business requirements into functional, scalable software features.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project needs and deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities.
• Maintain clean, reusable, well‑documented code and participate in code reviews.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong frontend and backend development background.
• Comfortable adopting modern AI‑assisted workflows.
• Team‑oriented with good communication skills.
