Full Stack Engineer – React, Python/FastAPI, Java/Spring

About the role

We are looking for a senior Full Stack Engineer to design and deliver enterprise‑grade applications that support complex workflow and approval processes. The role combines front‑end development with React and TypeScript and back‑end services built on Python/FastAPI, Java/Spring, Node.js or .NET, serving internal users across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive, accessible, role‑based user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Design and implement backend services, REST APIs, relational data models and workflow engines.
• Build approval routing, immutable audit trails, dashboards and integration interfaces.
• Collaborate with solution architects to ensure scalability, security and maintainability.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and participate in architecture discussions.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, logging and monitoring for production applications.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of software engineering experience delivering complex production applications.
• Proven expertise with React, TypeScript and at least one enterprise backend stack (Python/FastAPI, Java/Spring, Node.js.NET).
• Experience designing relational databases, REST APIs, event‑driven services and versioned business objects.
• Strong knowledge of role‑based access control, approval workflows, audit logging and secure data handling.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and convert ambiguous processes into clear system behavior.
