Full Stack Engineer – Java Spring Boot & React

About the role

Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice is looking for experienced Full Stack Engineers to design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end solutions that turn complex data into actionable insights. You will work on both backend microservices and modern React front‑ends, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑performance applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs.
• Implement event‑driven architectures using Kafka where required.
• Build responsive, state‑managed web applications with React.js.
• Integrate front‑end components with backend services and ensure seamless data flow.
• Optimize performance of both backend and front‑end code.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver incremental value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management or a related field.
• 3–8 years of professional experience building scalable applications.
• Proven ability to integrate front‑end and back‑end systems using RESTful services.
• Experience with performance tuning in Java and React environments.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum development settings.
