Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Full‑Stack Engineer with at least four years of professional software development experience. You will work on both client‑facing and internal products, handling everything from the user interface to backend services, databases, and third‑party integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications across frontend and backend layers.
• Translate business and product requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain APIs, database structures, and third‑party integrations.
• Write readable, maintainable, and well‑tested code.
• Investigate and resolve defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
• Participate in technical planning, estimation, and solution discussions.
• Review code and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Collaborate closely with analysts, designers, testers, and stakeholders.
• Own features from initial understanding through development, testing, and release.
• Use AI‑assisted development tools responsibly, validating generated output.
• Maintain technical documentation for applications and features.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience.
• Strong experience building and maintaining production web applications.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and application security.
• Proficiency with relational databases and efficient query writing.
• Good knowledge of Git workflows, branching, pull requests, and code‑review practices.
• Experience with debugging, automated testing, and production deployments.
• Ability to work with existing codebases and improve them without unnecessary rewrites.
• Realistic work estimation skills and early communication of technical risks.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and ownership abilities.
