About the role

AstraScribe is building an AI‑powered electronic health‑records platform that turns doctor‑patient conversations into structured clinical notes. As a Full Stack Engineer you will help create the web applications that power this solution, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and user‑friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end web applications for the AI‑driven EHR platform.
• Build and expose RESTful APIs, work with databases, and create scalable backend architectures.
• Implement responsive, accessible front‑end interfaces using modern frameworks.
• Write clean, testable code, conduct peer code reviews, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and security across the stack.

Required profile

• Strong software development background with full‑stack experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross‑functional team and communicate clearly in English.
• Familiarity with security best practices, especially in regulated healthcare environments.

Required skills

• Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby for backend development.
• React, Vue, or Angular for frontend development.
• CSS for responsive UI design.
• Git for version control and collaborative workflows.
