Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design and build responsive, accessible, role‑based user interfaces and robust backend services for enterprise‑grade applications. You will work closely with solution architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into secure, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive, accessible, role‑based UI components using React and TypeScript.
• Design and implement backend services with Python/FastAPI, Java/Spring, Node.js.NET, or equivalent enterprise stacks.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, relational data models, workflow services, and versioned business objects.
• Implement workflow orchestration, approvals, audit logging, reporting, and export capabilities.
• Create approval routing, immutable audit trails, dashboards, and integration interfaces.
• Collaborate with solution architects to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system behavior.
• Participate in architecture discussions, product reviews, and technical roadmap planning.
• Ensure applications comply with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of software engineering experience with ownership of complex production applications.
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and convert ambiguous processes into clear system behavior.
• Experience delivering internal enterprise tools used by multiple concurrent teams.
• Track record of collaborating with architects, product owners, and cross‑functional teams.
