Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to design and deliver responsive, accessible, role‑based user interfaces and robust backend services for enterprise applications. The role requires close collaboration with solution architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive, accessible, role‑based user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Design and implement backend services with Python/FastAPI, Java/Spring, Node.js.NET, or equivalent technologies.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, relational data models, workflow services, version‑controlled business objects, and employee‑level transaction logic.
• Implement workflow orchestration, including approvals, stage gates, audit logging, reconciliation, reporting, and export capabilities.
• Create approval routing, immutable audit trails, dashboards, and integration interfaces.
• Collaborate with solution architects to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of applications.
• Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Participate in architecture discussions, product reviews, and technical roadmap planning.
• Ensure applications comply with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise applications.
• Strong hands‑on experience with React and TypeScript.
• Proven backend development experience with Python/FastAPI, Java/Spring, Node.js.NET, or similar technologies.
• Experience designing REST APIs, relational databases, event‑driven architectures, workflow engines, and version‑controlled business objects.
• Experience implementing role‑based access control, approval workflows, audit logging, and secure data handling.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, logging & monitoring, and automated testing.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and convert complex processes into scalable software solutions.
