Full Stack Engineer – Climate & Packaging

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Full Stack Engineer focused on Climate & Packaging. You will bridge sustainability, packaging, R&D, and compliance teams with IT to deliver high‑quality software solutions that support the company’s circular‑economy goals.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of accountability for SAP RDP and related technologies, defining vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Gather and translate business requirements from sustainability, packaging, R&D, and compliance stakeholders into functional specifications.
• Oversee implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP RDP with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, PLM, and Business Technology Platform.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management, coordinating root‑cause analysis, vendor escalations, testing, and deployment of updates.
• Monitor solution performance and KPIs, collaborating with analytics teams for dashboards and insights.
• Stay ahead of global regulatory changes (e.g., EU PPWR, EPR expansions) and incorporate updates into the solution.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships, tracking licensing, support contracts, and renewals.
• Facilitate user training, change management, and continuous improvement to maximize adoption.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with experience in SAP RDP and SAP ecosystem integrations.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional business teams and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to manage incidents and vendor escalations.
