Full Stack Developer – Web & Data Platforms

About the role

Aurassure is seeking a motivated Full Stack Web Developer to build data‑rich web platforms that deliver real‑time environmental intelligence. You will work on interactive dashboards, map visualisations, and high‑performance backend services that process large scientific and geospatial datasets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop secure, scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Create interactive map components with Leaflet or react‑leaflet for weather and air‑quality visualisation.
• Build and document RESTful APIs with Python (FastAPI/Flask) and/or Node.js (Express.js).
• Implement data ingestion pipelines using pandas, NumPy, xarray, and external APIs.
• Containerise services with Docker/docker‑compose and deploy to Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Cloud Build, Cloud Scheduler).
• Automate scheduled data‑fetching, processing, and reporting jobs with proper secrets management.
• Optimize performance, caching, and scalability of both frontend and backend.
• Collaborate with product designers, managers, domain scientists, and other developers in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
• Proven experience building production‑grade full‑stack web applications.
• Strong understanding of modern web development best practices and coding standards.
