Full Stack Developer – Python & React (Software Engineer II)

About the role

Join JPMorganChase as a Software Engineer II within the Infrastructure Platforms – Networks team. You will work in an agile environment to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable software components that power the firm’s cutting‑edge technology products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and troubleshoot high‑quality code in Python and JavaScript frameworks.
• Leverage enterprise‑approved AI coding assistants to accelerate development and ensure code quality.
• Design and implement APIs, considering upstream and downstream system impacts.
• Apply agile practices to deliver features iteratively and maintain application resiliency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate solutions in cloud environments.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Python and at least one framework such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Hands‑on knowledge of front‑end technologies like React and AngularJS.
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools such as Astronomer or Airflow.
• Understanding of source‑control best practices (e.g., Bitbucket) and cloud deployment pipelines.
• Basic networking knowledge; CCNA certification is a plus.
