Full Stack Developer (Python & Frappe)

About the role

ERPfied is seeking a hands‑on Full Stack Developer to build and customize real‑world business applications using Python and the Frappe framework. You will work in a fast‑moving startup environment, collaborating with product, finance, audit, implementation and client‑facing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and customize applications on the Frappe framework.
• Create features, forms, workflows, reports, dashboards, print formats and third‑party integrations.
• Debug and resolve functional, technical and performance issues.
• Handle day‑to‑day product enhancements and client‑specific customizations.
• Manage role permissions, validations, scripts, patches, fixtures and configuration changes.
• Perform data imports, exports, corrections and basic migration support.
• Use Git for branching, commits, reviews, merges and deployment‑ready code movement.
• Support quality and production environments with disciplined ownership.
• Leverage AI tools responsibly for development, testing and documentation.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of hands‑on Python development experience.
• Practical experience with the Frappe framework.
• Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and web application basics.
• Comfortable working with databases, queries, APIs and backend logic.
• Proficient with Git version‑control workflows.
• Basic familiarity with Linux commands and troubleshooting.
• Ability to debug issues independently and communicate clearly.
• Ownership mindset and willingness to understand business processes.
