Full Stack Developer (m/f/d) – GDD/PK

About the role

We are looking for a highly dynamic, motivated, and collaborative Full Stack Developer to join our Operations Platform team. You will help modernise legacy systems and build new digital capabilities on an open‑source, cloud‑based stack.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of product features (frontend, backend, integration) from discovery through production support.
• Lead solution design and architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability and security.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and manage trade‑offs with stakeholders.
• Set engineering standards: code reviews, automated testing, performance benchmarking and secure coding.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools responsibly to improve delivery quality.
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines, drive infrastructure‑as‑code and environment standardisation.
• Ensure production readiness: observability, on‑call support, incident response and continuous improvement.
• Modernise legacy components, manage technical debt and mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Informatics or a comparable field.
• 5+ years of experience as a senior developer in a large team.
• Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable and secure solutions.

Required skills

• Advanced Angular and TypeScript.
• Micro‑frontend architecture and monorepo setup (module federation, shared libraries, versioning).
• Java and Spring Boot (REST APIs, security, data access, testing).
• Cloud‑native application development (containers, scalable deployments, configuration/secrets, resilience, cost awareness).
• CI/CD pipeline design, infrastructure‑as‑code and environment standardisation.
• Observability practices (logs, metrics, tracing) and on‑call incident response.
