Full Stack Developer

About the role

BlueOptima is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build and enhance its scalable, data‑driven analytical dashboard. You will create responsive, user‑friendly interfaces that deliver key insights to global clients while working in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, implement, test, and maintain application components using relevant technologies and tools.
• Collaborate with product managers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for feature development.
• Take ownership of feature development from concept to deployment, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Work with the Support team to resolve user‑raised issues and provide quick workarounds for significant problems.
• Contribute to performance tuning of application code and incorporate design changes to improve overall performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior developers.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in modern web development, including HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React.
• Strong understanding of UI usability and single‑page application architecture.
• Experience with RESTful web services and agile development environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills.
