Full Life Cycle Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Full Life Cycle Recruiter to support our growing FPGA business. You will partner with hiring managers across EMEA and India to design strategic hiring plans and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business objectives and define specialized FPGA job descriptions.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks, industry events, and employee referrals.
• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and track recruitment metrics.
• Represent the employer brand at recruitment events, job fairs, and industry meetups.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in semiconductor, FPGA, or technical domains.
• Strong understanding of FPGA technologies, engineering roles, and talent market.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in or overlap with EMEA time zones.
• Proactive, data‑driven, and results‑oriented mindset.
