Full Life Cycle Recruiter – FPGA Talent Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Full Life Cycle Recruiter with deep knowledge of the FPGA industry to join our growing team in Bengaluru. In this role you will partner with hiring managers to design hiring strategies, source niche talent, and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business objectives and define specialized FPGA job descriptions.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, industry events and employee referrals, building a robust pipeline for current and future needs.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding – ensuring timely and high‑quality hires.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and track recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring strategies.
• Represent the employer brand at recruitment events, job fairs and industry meet‑ups.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies, and identify process improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in semiconductor, FPGA or related technical domains.
• Strong understanding of FPGA technologies, engineering roles and talent market.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work across EMEA time zones to support regional stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms and recruitment tools.
