Fulfillment Planning Analyst

About the role

The Fulfillment Planning Analyst manages a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes for a large global business unit. The role enhances current processes, leads regional and global planning teams, and contributes to special projects that improve operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory analysis, demand management, logistics, and import/export operations for a global business unit.
• Execute demand‑supply matching activities, identify issues, and drive backlog analysis.
• Gather demand data from country, regional, and account managers, synthesize information, and deliver demand signals to the supply base.
• Coordinate and lead planning teams to maintain and improve business processes, monitor key metrics, and create reporting dashboards.
• Contribute to priority projects with complex analysis and develop recommendations.
• Develop and manage a regulatory trade compliance program.

Required profile

• Four‑year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 4‑7 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field (or an advanced degree with 3‑5 years of experience).
• Preferred certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Professional in Supply Management.

• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically SAP.
• Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and inventory management.
• Lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies.
