Fulfillment Planner

About the role

The Fulfillment Planner role at Signify is a dynamic position focused on managing the replenishment and fulfillment processes to guarantee timely product availability and delivery to customers. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to streamline supply‑chain operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the replenishment process to ensure products are available when needed.
• Oversee the fulfillment process, coordinating delivery to customers.
• Maintain master data and planning parameters according to RSIM guidelines.
• Release purchase orders, monitor supply versus PO and vendor confirmations, and own the MTS/MTO PO fulfillment cycle.
• Develop and update the 18‑month rolling 12NC baseline forecast.
• Identify business changes, risks, and opportunities for the MTS/MTO supply plan.
• Execute the PIPO process based on input from the NPI manager.
• Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to resolve delivery issues.
• Analyze fulfillment performance and propose cost‑saving and customer‑satisfaction initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and escalate inventory quality issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in supply‑chain planning, logistics, or inventory management with a focus on demand forecasting and supplier collaboration.
• Proven ability to analyse large data sets, identify trends and draw conclusions.
• Experience in process transition, documentation and creation of SOP/SOW.
• Hands‑on experience with project‑management methodologies.
• Ability to work independently with global teams across time zones.
• Willingness to operate in US work hours.
