About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Front‑of‑House Host/Hostess to join our specialty coffee shop in Gurugram. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere while managing the flow of customers throughout the day.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage the waiting list.
• Guide customers to their tables and ensure a smooth seating process.
• Introduce the menu and specialty coffee concept, answering basic brand questions.
• Coordinate with baristas and service staff to maintain efficient guest flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized front‑of‑house area.
• Handle reservations, inquiries, and queue management during peak periods.
• Support small in‑store events, tastings, and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Interest in specialty coffee, sustainability, and origin stories.
• Availability to work full‑time on‑site, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
• Professional appearance, reliability, and a positive attitude.
