Front Office Executive (Receptionist) – Bangalore

About the role

We are looking for a Front Office Executive to manage our reception area in Jayanagar, Bangalore. The role involves being the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the front desk, greet and assist clients, visitors, and candidates.
• Handle incoming calls, redirect them to the appropriate department or person.
• Maintain visitor logs and coordinate appointments and meetings with internal teams.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence and perform basic administrative tasks.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Support day‑to‑day front‑office activities and assist the team with administrative duties.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken English and Kannada with no compromise.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk or front office role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Presentable, confident and professional demeanor.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to handle visitors and calls professionally.
