Front Office Executive

About the role

The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for guests at Hotel Lotus Candolim, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out processes and delivering a high‑standard hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest check‑ins, check‑outs, reservations and enquiries.
• Manage billing, payment collections and maintain accurate guest records.
• Coordinate daily activities with housekeeping, maintenance and restaurant teams.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Promote room upgrades and additional hotel services.
• Prepare daily reports and ensure proper shift handovers.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel front‑office or reception role.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Organised, courteous and guest‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Djubo or similar hotel management software.

• Salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, based on experience.
