About the role
We are looking for a Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for visitors at our Mulshi location. This full-time, on-site position involves greeting guests, handling phone calls and ensuring a welcoming reception area.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and check-in visitors, maintain accurate visitor logs.
- Answer and route incoming telephone calls using the office phone system.
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate internal team members.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and document preparation.
- Keep the front desk area tidy and presentable at all times.
- Provide product-related information and support to customers, ensuring clear communication.
Required profile
- Strong experience in front-office or reception duties, preferably in retail, hospitality or a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional appearance, punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Mulshi.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy.
- Familiarity with telephone systems and standard office equipment.
