About the role

Finn’s Weaver Resort, a boutique luxury resort nestled in the serene landscapes of Kaziranga, Assam, is looking for a Front Office Associate to join its guest‑service team. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering a seamless arrival and departure experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls with professional phone etiquette and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Greet guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle reservations.
• Maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and issue invoices.
• Respond to guest questions and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to prepare rooms and fulfill guest requests.
• Keep the front‑desk area organized and maintain logs of daily activities.

Required profile

• Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic numeracy for handling payments and billing.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or customer service is preferred.
