Front Office Assistant

About the role

The Front Office Assistant will be the first point of contact for guests at Landmaark hotel in Tiruppur. Working full‑time on‑site, you will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, handle phone inquiries, and support the daily administrative flow of the front desk.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Answer telephone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and process reservation requests.
• Schedule appointments and reservations accurately, maintaining up‑to‑date guest records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple inquiries.
• Attention to detail, good time‑management, and ability to work in a busy front‑office environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or administrative training is a plus.
• Prior experience in reception, front office, or hospitality is advantageous.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office or hotel management software.
