Front Office Ambassador

About the role

The Front Office Ambassador will be the first point of contact for guests at our luxury property, delivering the highest standards of service and ensuring seamless operations across reception, concierge and telephone functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide reception, concierge and operator services in line with Accor and Sofitel brand standards.
• Enroll guests in the ALL loyalty programme, update profiles and promote membership benefits.
• Handle guest inquiries, in‑room dining orders and reservation requests promptly, aiming for a 20‑minute response time.
• Make and modify hotel, restaurant, tour and transportation bookings using the Opera system.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, no‑show fees and billing details.
• Prepare arrival and amenity reports, audit daily arrivals and ensure special requests are logged.
• Promote internal outlets and provide local area information to guests.
• Adhere to health, safety and emergency procedures, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Accor and Sofitel operational standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced front‑office environment.
• Attention to detail when handling reservations, billing and guest preferences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Opera property management system.
