Front of House Manager

About the role

Topgolf is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead its guest‑facing team in delivering a high‑energy, best‑in‑class hospitality experience. You will be the visible leader on the floor, ensuring every guest feels valued while overseeing daily operations, staffing, and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Set and maintain daily service standards across all front‑of‑house areas.
• Stay present on the floor, interact with guests, and address any service gaps instantly.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, shift schedules, and staffing levels.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to foster a culture of care and accountability.
• Drive performance improvements using business metrics and guest feedback.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and facility needs to support smooth operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a high‑volume hospitality or entertainment venue.
• Strong ability to coach and develop staff in real time.
• Excellent guest‑service instincts and a passion for creating exceptional experiences.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
