Front Line Manager – Senior Engineer

About the role

The Front Line Manager / Senior Engineer will lead shift operations at Bosch's Bidadi plant, ensuring efficient value creation and adherence to safety, quality and shop‑floor standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise production set‑up according to the schedule and assign tasks to shop‑floor associates.
• Follow standard procedures, BPS, work instructions and adapt primary production activities to meet SQCD targets.
• Motivate, mentor and coach entry‑level associates, fostering continuous improvement.
• Maintain IR, shop‑floor discipline and manage deviations.
• Drive Lean initiatives and support the Agile organization model.

Required profile

• Proven experience in shift or production management within an industrial environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality and compliance (IATF 16949).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, lean manufacturing setting.
