Front End Developer – React/Next.js (Bangalore)

About the role

We are looking for a Front End Developer to join our Bangalore team and build modern, high‑performance web experiences using React and Next.js. You will work on a shared component library, integrate real‑time features, and ensure the platform meets accessibility and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop React/Next.js (TypeScript) features with clean, typed APIs.
• Implement a shared component library and design system using Tailwind CSS.
• Manage application state with TanStack Query, Zustand or Redux, and handle forms with react‑hook‑form.
• Integrate real‑time and streaming capabilities (WebSockets, Server‑Sent Events) for LLM streams and tool events.
• Optimize performance through code‑splitting, memoization, lazy routes, and Lighthouse/Core Web Vitals.
• Maintain platform features such as SSR/ISR, PWA offline support, i18n, accessibility, and keyboard navigation.
• Handle integrations including S3 presigned URLs, JWT/OAuth authentication, and analytics.
• Ensure quality with integration tests (Vitest/Jest), end‑to‑end flows (Playwright), and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
