Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

Krishna Netralaya, a leading chain of tertiary‑care eye centres in Gurugram, is looking for a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join its on‑site teams at the Sector 48 and Sector 90 locations. This full‑time position involves interacting with patients, managing appointments, and supporting the smooth operation of the reception area.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the daily calendar.
• Address patient inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Process billing transactions and maintain financial records.
• Organise and maintain patient files and other front‑desk documentation.
• Perform additional reception duties as required to ensure efficient clinic operations.

Required profile

• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strict adherence to procedures.
• Graduation in any discipline; post‑graduates preferred.
• Fluency in English; Hindi proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
