About the role
The Front Desk Receptionist (also referred to as Front Desk Executive) is the first point of contact for visitors, clients and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. This role combines administrative support with visitor management to keep daily office operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
- Provide information about the company’s services, products and policies.
- Manage visitor check‑ins and check‑outs, following established procedures.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and document preparation.
- Collaborate with other departments to support office operations and staff needs.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal skills with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple front‑desk tasks efficiently.
- Good organizational skills for managing visitor logs and documentation.
