Front Desk Receptionist – Healthcare Center

About the role

The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and patients at our child‑development centre. You will ensure a welcoming, professional, and empathetic environment while supporting the smooth operation of therapy and medical appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complete front‑desk operations efficiently.
• Welcome and assist parents and visitors in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Coordinate appointments between parents, therapists, and doctors.
• Schedule and manage therapy sessions for children.
• Handle admissions and registration‑related activities.
• Collect therapy fees and maintain payment records.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Perform data entry and prepare reports using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Address parent queries, provide timely support, and follow up on appointments, admissions, pending documentation, and fee collections.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.

• Professional and empathetic demeanor when interacting with parents and visitors.
• Ability to handle confidential patient information responsibly.
