Front Desk Executive / Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and customer‑friendly Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for clients at our aesthetic and trichology clinics. The role involves managing client flow, handling billing, appointments and providing support throughout the visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients, check appointments, retrieve records and escort them to consultation or treatment areas.
• Generate accurate bills for services and product sales, handle cash, card and digital payments, and ensure daily collections are closed.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirm availability of doctors, technicians, rooms and equipment, and send reminders via WhatsApp or call.
• Answer incoming calls, handle bookings, rescheduling or cancellations, and facilitate video consultations when required.
• Conduct follow‑up and lead calling, return missed calls, call regular clients who have not visited in the past three months and make promotional calls using provided scripts.

Required profile

• Female candidates only, with strong communication skills and English proficiency preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in a front‑desk or receptionist role.

What we offer

• Salary ranging from Rs 2.5 to 3.5 Lakhs per annum.
• Full‑time position with six‑day work week, working hours 9:45 AM – 7:00 PM.
