Front Desk Executive

About the role

BeatBox Fitness is looking for an energetic Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for members and visitors at its Hyderabad studio. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, support membership sales, and ensure smooth daily operations of the front desk.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.
• Handle walk‑in, phone, email and WhatsApp inquiries.
• Assist prospective members with studio tours, membership plans and enrollment.
• Schedule fitness assessments, personal training sessions and other appointments.
• Maintain accurate member records, attendance and billing information.
• Process memberships, renewals and payments.
• Coordinate with trainers and management to ensure seamless operations.
• Resolve member concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support promotional events, marketing activities and member‑engagement initiatives.
• Achieve membership conversion and customer‑service targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in front office, reception, customer service, hospitality, retail or fitness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well‑groomed, confident and customer‑focused personality.
• Comfortable handling walk‑in customers and membership inquiries.
• Willing to work on‑site at the Hyderabad studio.
