Front Desk Executive – Faridabad

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact at our aesthetic and trichology clinic in Faridabad. The role involves greeting clients, managing appointments, handling billing, and supporting smooth clinic operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients professionally.
• Verify appointments, retrieve records, and coordinate with doctors/technicians.
• Escort clients to consultation or treatment areas when required.
• Generate accurate bills for services and product sales.
• Process cash, card, and digital payments; maintain daily collections.
• Ensure invoices are closed the same day after necessary approvals.
• Handle incoming calls for booking, rescheduling, or cancellations.
• Check availability of doctors, rooms, and equipment before confirming appointments.
• Send WhatsApp or call reminders for appointment confirmations.
• Facilitate video consultations when required.
• Return missed calls promptly and maintain weekly missed‑call counts.
• Call clients who have not visited in the past three months for follow‑up and promotional outreach.

Required profile

• Female candidates only.
• 1–5 years of experience in front‑desk or receptionist roles.
• Strong communication skills; English proficiency preferred.
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.

• Salary range Rs 2.5 – 3.5 LPA.
• Six‑day work week (9:45 AM – 7:00 PM).
• Location at LGF 5, Crown Plaza Mall, Azad Colony, Sector 15A, Faridabad.
