About the role

We are seeking a Front Desk Cashier to be the first point of contact for our guests, handling billing and cash transactions while providing friendly and professional service. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk of our hospitality venue.

Key responsibilities

• Process billing and cash/POS transactions accurately.
• Greet and assist customers at the front desk.
• Maintain daily sales and billing records.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service flow.
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a cash handling or front desk role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in transactions.
• Team‑player attitude with the ability to coordinate across departments.
