Freshers – Voice & Non‑Voice Process Roles – Walk‑In Drive

About the role

HCL is conducting a mega walk‑in drive to hire fresh graduates for voice and semi‑voice processes. Candidates will work on inbound and outbound calls for the healthcare domain (voice) and finance & accounting domain (semi‑voice). The event takes place on 21st and 22nd May 2026, 11:00 AM‑2:00 PM at Sholinganallur, Chennai.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in English.
• Provide voice support for healthcare‑related queries.
• Manage semi‑voice interactions for finance and accounting services.
• Adhere to shift schedules that may include UK, US or Australian timings.

Required profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Open to handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree (except engineering/tech streams).
• Backlog students are also encouraged to apply.
