About the role

The Process Associate will support customer operations within the Order‑to‑Cash domain, handling queries via email and chat while ensuring data accuracy and contributing to overall service quality.

Key responsibilities

Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and issues via email or chat.
Accurately enter, update, and manage data across multiple systems and databases.
Troubleshoot customer problems, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex issues to senior support teams as required.

Required profile

Fresh graduate (2024 or 2025) from Arts & Science streams.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
Strong written communication skills for email and chat support.
Willingness to work onsite at the designated interview venue.
