French Teacher – Hyderabad

About the role

The school is seeking a dynamic French Language Teacher to join its faculty in Hyderabad. You will plan and deliver engaging French lessons to school‑age learners, using student‑centred methods that develop listening, speaking, reading and writing skills while exposing students to French culture.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver French lessons aligned with CBSE, Cambridge or international curricula.
• Teach language skills across appropriate age groups and proficiency levels.
• Incorporate conversation, drama, cultural activities, games and real‑life communication into lessons.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learner needs.
• Assess, monitor and record student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Prepare teaching resources, assessments and learning materials.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive and well‑managed classroom environment.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities and collaborative planning.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in French.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in French, Education, Languages or a related field.
• Recognised teaching qualification or relevant teacher‑training certification.
• Experience teaching French to school‑age learners.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Creative, enthusiastic and student‑centred teaching approach.
• Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad, India.
• Experience in international, IB, Cambridge or CBSE settings is an advantage.
