French Language Interpreter (Remote, PAN India)

About the role

We are seeking a French Language Interpreter to join our customer support and operations team on a full‑time, permanent basis. The role is 100% remote, serving clients across the US, UK and other regions, and requires precise bilingual communication between French and English speakers.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to telephone and video conversations and provide accurate French‑to‑English and English‑to‑French interpretation.
• Maintain neutrality and impartiality while interpreting, asking clarifying questions when needed.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines for all interactions.
• Adhere to shift schedules, including an initial three‑month night‑shift period followed by rotational day/night shifts.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 12th grade, diploma or any graduate degree.
• Language certification: B2 level in French (or B1 with at least six months of experience) or a UG/PG degree in French.
• Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
• Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior experience.

Required skills

• High proficiency in spoken French and English.
• Strong listening and comprehension abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and the ability to remain neutral.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night shifts, five days a week.
