French Language Expert – Recruitment (C1)

About the role
DATAmundi.ai is seeking a French Language Expert (C1 level) to support its recruitment team in sourcing and onboarding candidates for Canadian positions. The role operates on a US night shift and is based onsite in either Bangalore or Mumbai.
Key responsibilities
- Screen candidates for Canadian roles via calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
- Coordinate onboarding and hiring activities, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records in the Workday system.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage high‑volume recruitment pipelines.
Required profile
- Fluent French at C1 level or equivalent certification.
- 2.5–5 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Willingness to work the US night shift (6 PM – 3 AM IST).
