French Language Expert (Patient Relations)

About the role

Vaidam Health is seeking a French Language Expert to join its Patient Relations team in Gurugram. This full‑time, on‑site position supports medical travelers by providing clear information about doctors, consultation procedures, treatment plans, and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with patients in English and French, answering queries about doctor profiles, consultation steps, and treatment procedures.
• Provide proactive counselling and assistance throughout the patient journey, from pre‑treatment consultations to post‑treatment follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information delivery.
• Address patient concerns promptly and assertively, maintaining high service standards.
• Support sales activities when required, contributing to the organization’s growth.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and French, spoken and written.
• Good listening, perception, and quick decision‑making abilities.
• Team‑player attitude with a proactive approach.
• Interest or background in healthcare, hospital administration, or related fields is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hospital operations and medical terminology.
