About the role
DATAmundi.ai is seeking a French Language Expert (C1) to join its recruitment team. You will support hiring activities for Canadian candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment for candidates based in Canada.
- Screen applicants via phone calls, emails and messaging platforms.
- Coordinate onboarding and hiring logistics.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records in Workday.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience at every touchpoint.
Required profile
- French language proficiency at C1 level or an equivalent certification.
- 2.5–5 years of relevant recruitment or talent‑acquisition experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Capacity to handle high‑volume recruitment activities.
Required skills
- Workday (recruitment module).
