French Language Expert – Accounting (AP/AR/Procurement)

About the role

Corporate Analyst & Consultants (CAC) is seeking a French‑speaking accounting professional to manage AP, AR and procurement processes for its global client base. The role combines strong accounting expertise with fluent French communication to support vendors and customers across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable cycles.
• Process vendor invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, goods receipts and perform 2‑way/3‑way invoice matching.
• Coordinate with French‑speaking vendors and clients via email and phone, resolving discrepancies and queries.
• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts and assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, prepare financial reports and support audit requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve process efficiency and work on ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance or related field.
• French language certification at minimum B2 level (DELF/DALF or equivalent).
• 3‑5 years of experience in AP, AR and procurement (P2P) processes; record‑to‑report experience is a plus.
• Experience with international clients, preferably French‑speaking regions.

Required skills

• SAP (preferred) or other ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
