Freelance Leadership Trainer & Executive Coach

About the role

CXO Academy is looking for an experienced Leadership Trainer and Executive Coach to design and deliver high‑impact development programs for CEOs, CXOs, founders and senior leaders. This freelance position offers flexible engagement across workshops, bootcamps and one‑on‑one coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver executive leadership development programs, workshops and bootcamps.
• Conduct leadership assessments and provide personalized executive coaching sessions.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and leadership workshops for senior teams.
• Mentor senior leadership and emerging high‑potential leaders.
• Develop customized leadership frameworks, learning pathways and support organizational transformation initiatives.
• Measure program effectiveness and report business impact.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in leadership, executive management, consulting or coaching.
• Proven track record coaching CEOs, CXOs, board members and business owners.
• Deep expertise in leadership development, organizational transformation and business strategy.
• Extensive experience delivering executive workshops, bootcamps and masterclasses.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
